12月24日收到的信内容如下：
Oracle previously notified customers of a planned change to the Oracle Identity Cloud Service (IDCS.) The change, slated for January 2021, involved removing a deprecated TLS cipher.
Oracle has decided to postpone this change in order to ensure customers have ample time to make any required third-party software changes. Your service will continue to operate as is, even if you choose not to update your third-party software.
We do not currently have an updated change date target. Any future communication about this change will provide at least six months notice.
