域名收到了一封中国知识产权局的邮件

有一个海外公司，想在国内注册公司和域名，域名在我手上。
产权局问我是否授权他注册中国品牌名称和域名。

我也有点这个感觉，之前手头上的cn域名 也是快到期了就有人问价。
