请管理看一下，他所有发言，有多少人扣他的分，他扣过多少人的分，有正当理由，你随便扣，没关系，难道很多人的发言都有被kpt9999扣分而忍气吞声吗？管理员，你认为这是一个正常的ID吗？你喜欢ID：kpt9999的行为吗？你也和他一样天天骂中国人吗？

如果你不永久禁止这个ID，你喜欢天天无理由乱扣分加喜欢经常骂中国人，那好，请删除本帖，当我没发这个帖子
