在去年的时间注册了美亚（德亚公用账户），然后陆陆续续的帮人撸几张购物卡。。
在今年年初的时间，在某次德亚撸购物卡时间，不晓得什么原因导致账户异常（可能是忘记上代理，或者代理地区变化）。
前几天邮件发过来，大概内容如下：

是让我传真相关的账单过去，但是我根本没有条件发传真到国外啊，请问各位MJJ有没有遇到过？有什么解决方案
