Are you referring us? if you have issue simple submit ticket otherwise we can't just figured out your issue without report it. you are not only our Client we can't check all our Clients or even know if they have any issue. We don't understand or inter with any fraud case with the other providers all orders checked via MaxMind and FraudRecord so my staff just take over while you already have fraud order by MaxMind. Just simple explanation will be helpful and all will be done.
