网站上写着24×7金牌服务：技术部门服务单最长4小时响应，其他部门最长1个工作日内响应。
买之前还特意问了ipv6的问题，sales说是it is on kvm，没有的话发工单就给分配。结果发个工单拖了三天还没解决。
分配个ipv6地址真要拖三四天这么久吗？
问题拖着解决不了，开退款工单，结果退款工单也没个回应。
工单#159954，给处理好行吗？真是解决不了的能把退款给退了吗，退款工单#888341
@hs.tan 这个问题不要再拖了

2017.10.30 19.38更新，面板已有ipv6地址，但是本地ping不通这个地址，只能ping通网关。用v4地址连ssh上去，在终端上ping不通网关和其余ipv6网站。

Need several ipv6 addresses. ( as per question ask and our answer is IF you need more than 1 , would be charge )

1st IPv6 Would be free.

In the sales ticket,sales guy said it will have ipv6 addess on KVM . If did not get it . Raise ticket and support will assign
ipv6 address.Doesnt say that this will charge besides.
If it is surely like you support said 1 IPv6 would be charge 10USD/ Month,then this is not wthat i thought I've bought describe d by your sales guys.I will cancel this vps and ask refund.It is good for both of us.

一开始发sales的时候发成英文，后面就没发中文的了。
也不知道英文工单处理速度这么慢

老哥没有啊，ifconfig没有v6的公网地址，只有一个fe80开头的本机地址

gigs家面板的ip地址就一个v4的，翻遍了面板也没看到有其他的

这都不是工单快慢问题了，根本都是不回复不处理。没想到这家这么差
