Sorry to bother you, we need your confirmation about the authorization of registration of your company name 手动马, please read this letter thoroughly.
We are the Chinese agency engaging in registering brand name and domain names. Our center received the registration request from Baros Venus Company and they applied to register 手动马 as their brand name and some top-level domain names(.CN/.HK etc). We found the main body of those names is the same as your company name. I am not sure about the relationship between your company and the 3rd party company. Please let me know whether or not your company authorizes them to register names. We are handling the request and urgently needing your clarification.
